Manjinder Singh Sirsa Prevented from Speaking About Guru Gobind Singh Ji in Delhi Assembly

Delhi MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa was prevented from speaking about Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji in Delhi Assembly.
Manjinder Singh Sirsa was sharing a historical story about equality among all humans and the teachings of Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji when suddenly opposing party MLAs interrupted him and his right to speak in the Assembly.
Mr. Sirsa spoke out against the interruption by saying, “how can you stop me from talking about my Guru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji.”

I was forcefully stopped when I was talking about Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Bhai Jaita Singh ji in Delhi Assembly.
Can they stop a True Sikh from taking name of Guru Gobind Singh Ji?
