Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched ‘Sukhbir Da Gapp, AAP Da Sach’ campaign from Harike Pattan on Wednesday. The campaign was launched by AAP state convener Gurpreet Singh Ghuggi and AAP’s Zira candidate Gurpreet Singh Gora .While alleging that Sukhbir was a ‘Gappi’, the AAP leaders claimed that people of the state were paying heavily for the alleged unrealistic ideas of Sukhbir Badal like running amphibious buses in the state. Ghuggi said he had specifically come to Harike to see the recently launched amphibious bus on the invitation of Zira candidates Gurpreet Singh Gora but there was nobody who could provide information about the bus project .”The station was locked and no visitor was allowed to enter the area” he said in utter surprise.AAP volunteers and leaders also staged demonstration for some time.
Residents of Punjab don’t need such blunder in the name of so called development but expect government to provide basic facilities to all sections of the state,” he said.He alleged that deputy chief minister Sukhbir was wasting the hard-earned money of taxpayers of the state. “All this is being done just to get the media attention” alleged Gurpreet Ghuggi. He said that under-construction projects were being inaugurated by deputy chief minister in haste to gain publicity. “But he must know these gimmicks will not get him votes, we will expose truth behind every single project inaugurated by SAD-BJP government in recent days” he said
